The Los Angeles Clippers today announced their partnership with Los Angeles native and GRAMMY®-nominated singer, songwriter, and producer Ty Dolla $ign, who will perform his hit song, “Hottest in the City” at halftime of the Clippers opening night game on Tuesday, October 22 at STAPLES Center against the Lakers.
In addition to the halftime performance, the partnership includes exclusive cobranded “Ty Dolla $ign x Clippers” merchandise, which will be available at the Team LA store, a chance for select fans to win a meet and greet hosted by Ty himself, as well as additional surprise giveaways throughout the game on opening night.
“LA is my home & a huge part of who I am. It influences everything I do; from my style to my music to the cars I drive, so to partner with the Clippers for opening night is huge. My 14-year old daughter is one of the best basketball players I know, so to have her be there with me is going to be extra special,” Ty Dolla $ign says of his partnership with the Clippers.
