The Clippers Spirit Dance Team is the key component to Clippers Game Entertainment. Off the court, the dance team members serve as goodwill ambassadors for the organization. They appear at hundreds of community and charity events each year, have traveled internationally on behalf of the Clippers and the NBA and have been featured on local and national television.
Under the direction of Audrea Harris, this year's Clippers Spirit is comprised of 16 professional dancers who range in ages 18-28. Some ladies are currently full-time students, while others have already earned their undergraduate and graduate degrees. This well-rounded group of ladies hold very interesting and diverse jobs in a variety fields. Among their career titles: clinical social worker, financial adviser, sales associate, account manager, brand ambassador, dance instructor, personal stylist, life guard and Disney resort performer.
All 16 ladies have extensive dance backgrounds and technical dance training. In its 29th season, six rookies join ten returning veterans to make up the 2012-2013 Clippers Spirit Dance Team.
