Vincent Poirier Injury Update

BOSTON, MA – Celtics center Vincent Poirier underwent successful surgery this morning to fix a fracture of the proximal phalanx on his right pinkie finger. The surgery was performed by Dr. Herve Kimball at New England Baptist Hospital, assisted by Celtics Team Physician Dr. Tony Schena. Poirier is expected to return to play in 4-6 weeks.
