JetBlue Flight Crew

The JetBlue Flight Crew is a high action dunk team that performs at Celtics games and participates in appearances throughout the Greater Boston area representing the Boston Celtics.^*

*All candidates must be (i) at least 18 years of age, and (ii) execute the Celtics' standard release, waiver, and authorization for use of photographs prior to participating in the audition(s).

What we are looking for:

• We are looking for individuals with natural athletic ability and willingness to learn.
• Athletes with experience in gymnastics, tumbling, break dancing, acro or any high-performance sport are encouraged.
• Individuals must have strong time management skills and a flexible schedule.

Important Information:

• Entertainment Team members will be required to (a) participate in at least six (6) practices a month, 1-2 times a week depending on a game schedule (Tuesday and Thursdays evenings), (b) perform at all Celtics home games during the 2024-25 NBA season (including playoffs, as applicable), and (c) participate in occasional appearances* at events within the Greater Boston area as requested.
• ^* Appearances include performances, meet & greets, photos, Q&A sessions and more!
• Practice will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30-9:30 PM. ^*
• ^* Dates may move around due to games.
• Games and appearances will be on a rotating basis; this may include weekends and holidays.^*
• ^* There will be multiple internal/external appearances throughout the season that we will ask people for their availability on. Appearances include performances, meet & greets, photos, Q&A sessions and more!

Application Instructions

• All candidates must register online. Registration includes:
• Two (2) current photos.
• Resume, including full work and performance history.
• Video Submission: (Must be a YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, Google drive link)
• Introduction with full name, where are located and one fun fact. We want to see your personality!
• Example: “Hi My name is Celtics Lucky, I’m from Boston and I live at TD Garden. A fun fact about me is that I can flip 25 times in a row with my eyes closed!!"
• One (1) minute video showcasing your talent in gymnastics, tumbling, break dancing, acro, or any high-performance sport!

2024 Audition Timeline

• July 10 - July 18 - Applications are open!
• ^* Submit your application and attend the Live audition on July 20th.
• July 20, 2024 - Live Auditions + Interviews
• Location: Suffolk University Gymnasium
  Regan Gymnasium - 148 Cambridge Street Boston, MA 02114
• Attire: Athletic sneakers with non-marking soles. No big jewelry. Tattoos do not need to be covered.
• Time: 9 AM - 12 PM
• Check-in will begin at 8:30 AM
• Parking: Street parking.
