Principal Function:

The Assistant Business Operations Manager will serve as a key member of day-to-day operations providing exceptional support to the team. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Schedule Color Guards for all Celtics home games

Staff Accountant

Principal Function: Responsible for maintaining and reporting accurate and timely financial information as well as involvement in the month-end close process and financial statement review.

Responsibilities Include:

Ticket Sales Intern

Game Nights Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist Group Sales with executing on-court Fan Experiences, including participant arrival, entering the arena, and getting to and from the court.Timing could be pre-game, in-game and post-game.

  • Assist Sales Department with set-up, execution and break-down of sales events

  • Complete seat visits as needed, including suite rentals, group leaders and family packs

  • Learn and operate Sales Table, including answering questions from fans about ticket packages, arena information, etc

Traditional Workday Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn and implement outbound sales, including email and phone communication with past Celtics ticket buyers

  • Assist Group Sales with preparing for game nights, including assembling and packaging giveaways and souvenir items

  • Answer fan questions via phone and email

  • Staff front desk, as needed

  • Support activation of client benefit programs, including sponsored programs and gifting

  • Organize, document, and manage waivers and releases, as necessitated by legal requirement, such as on-court fan experiences and suite rental agreements

  • Prospect new business via internet research

  • Learn and execute tasks in ticketing system and CRM database

  • Monitor accuracy of sales reports

  • Manage Club Green email inbox

  • Screen ticket sales voicemail and distribute

Video Producer, Live Production & Entertainment

Supervisor: Sr. Video Producer, Live Production & Entertainment

Job Summary: 

Interested in helping bring Celtics game and event experiences to life? The Video Producer will do just that by working with the Live Production & Entertainment group to shoot, edit and produce content for game presentation and special events. You’ll be heavily involved in the creative process for games and organizational events, promotions, features and videos. Join our team and help contribute to the best environment in professional sports!

We are looking for a team-member with a strong desire to work in Boston sports, passion for being part of a team, and enthusiasm for building an engaging and entertaining experience at Celtics games and events!

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Build in-game content highlighting all facets of Live Production & Events 

  • Shoot video, edit, sound design, graphics creation, visual effects implementation and idea development

  • Lead social media/game-based in-game features 

  • Shoot and edit segments with in-game emcees and mascot and deliver to control room

  • Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships group to develop and produce game entertainment elements 

  • Collaborate with Community Engagement to collect and produce community features for in-game use and fundraising events

  • Shoot scenic shots and timelapse videos

  • Build and maintain a new graphics package for the scoreboard

  • Develop in-game segments and features to enhance game experience

  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly in-game content 

  • Create in-game content including hype videos, player highlight videos, mascot skits, community engagement videos, player messaging videos, and corporate partner videos

  • Coordinate in-house HD cameras, light and audio equipment 

  • Assist in the coordination and production of Celtics Content & Media Day

  • Contribute to overall Celtics Marketing & Content planning

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of all shoots 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Video editing experience on either Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere preferred

  • TV video production experience preferable

  • Experience in Photoshop and After Effects 

  • Self-motivated and organized; ability to handle several projects at one time

  • Ability to work long/flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays depending on the

  • NBA schedule
