TICKET OPTIONS

The Cavaliers secured home court advantage by finishing 4th in the Eastern Conference in the best of seven series (2-2-1-1-1 format). The Cavaliers (48-34) and Magic (47-35) split the regular season series 2-2. This year’s trip to the NBA Playoffs will be the Wine & Gold’s 2^nd consecutive postseason appearance and the 23^rd overall appearance in franchise history.

Q: HOW AND WHEN CAN I GET TICKETS?
Tickets for the Cavs first three Round 1 home games at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse are ON SALE NOW. Fans with Playoff Priority – members of Cavs United and fans who signed up for a FREE Cavs United profile – will continue to receive first-come, first-served opportunity to purchase from a limited number of available single game tickets for all future Cavs 2024 Playoff home games. There is a six (6) ticket limit per transaction and tickets will be available while supplies last.

Q: HOW CAN I SECURE PLAYOFF PRIORITY ACCESS?
There are two options for fans to secure Playoff Priority access.

Option 1: The best way to access tickets for Cavs 2024 NBA Playoff home games is to purchase a Cavs United membership package for the 2024-25 season. Cavs United members receive first access to purchase playoff tickets before they go on-sale to the general public. For information on becoming a member of Cavs United, visit Cavs.com/enroll.

Option 2: Create a FREE Cavs United profile at Cavs.com/united. Everyone with a Cavs United profile (current and new) will automatically be registered for Playoff Priority, which provides a first-come, first-served opportunity to purchase from a limited number of available single game tickets before they go on-sale to the general public.

Q:  IF I AM A CAVS UNITED MEMBER, WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY PLAYOFF TICKETS?
Cavs United Members will be able to access their mobile tickets on Monday, April 15. Members can transfer tickets or post any tickets they cannot use for resale through the SeatGeek Account Manager or access their mobile tickets via the Cavs or SeatGeek mobile apps. If you are a Cavs United Member and you have any additional questions, please contact your personal Membership Representative.

Members will also have the opportunity to purchase additional single game playoff tickets on Monday, April 15 starting at 9:00 AM.

Q:  WHAT IF TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT? 
All fans can purchase guaranteed, authentic tickets from Cavs United Members and other fans by going to cavs.com/schedule OR via SeatGeek directly, as available. Pricing for resale tickets is determined by the seller, not the team, and includes a service fee that will be added to the cost of each ticket at checkout.

Q: WHAT TV CHANNEL WILL THE PLAYOFFS BE ON?
All Round 1 games will be carried live on Bally Sports Ohio and the Bally Sports+ App, unless the game is exclusively on ABC or TNT. Any games beyond the first round will only be televised nationally.
