Q: What games are included with each monthly pass?
A: Each month’s payment gives you access to the included games that month.
Q: Does my pass automatically renew each month?
A: Yes, your pass will automatically renew the next month through May 2021. There is an opt-out window each month if you do not want your pass to renew.
Q: How do I Opt Out of the next month if I do not want to continue my Cavs Pass?
A: You must opt out by the 25th of the prior month if you want to discontinue your Cavs Pass. For example, if you want to discontinue your pass for March, you need to opt out by February 25th via the online form. Current Monthly Pass Holders: Opt Out of Next Month.
Q: What games are excluded from Cavs Pass?
A: No games will be excluded from Cavs Pass.
Q: Where can I expect to sit each game?
A: You are guaranteed a seat in the lower level or Loudville (based on the pass option you purchase), but your specific seat location will vary game to game. Please note that seats will be randomly assigned to pass buyers for each game, so specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
Q: How do I get my seat location(s) for each game?
A: Your seats will be sent to your SeatGeek account no later than 24 hours prior to each game. You will receive an email notification when your seats have been delivered.
Q: If I buy two passes, will my seats be next to each other?
A: Yes, passes purchased together will receive their seats next to each other.
Q: How many passes can I buy?
A: You can buy up to two (2) passes per account.
Q: Can my seat be next to a friend who also purchased the Cavs Pass?
A: Separate transactions cannot be guaranteed to be placed next to each other. Must purchase tickets in the same transaction to sit together.
Q: Do I get a discount if I buy more than one set of passes?
A: No. There are no discounts offered for the purchase of multiple passes.
Q: When can I access my Cavs Pass seats for each game?
A: You will receive an email notifying you that your seats are in your SeatGeek account no later than 24 hours prior to the game.
Q: Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
A: Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Q: Will Monthly Pass holders be receiving promotional giveaway items (i.e. bobbleheads)?
A: No. Due to NBA giveaway restrictions, promotional items are not being distributed at games this season. The only way to guarantee them is through a Wine & Gold United Membership or a 8 or 16 Game Package, which are using alternate, safe delivery methods.
Q: Can I sell my Cavs Pass seats for games I cannot attend?
A: No. Passes are non-transferrable and you will not have the ability to re-sell on the secondary market.
Q: Can I share my Cavs Pass with someone else?
A: No. Cavs Pass seats will be non-transferable and cannot be shared.
