Taste of Black Cleveland:

The Food Showcase 4.0

In a continued partnership between the Cleveland NAACP, The Real Black Friday, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Aramark and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, we welcome members of Black Cleveland’s food and beverage scene to the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse for the return of Taste of Black Cleveland on Thursday, August 18th, 2022.

Participants will prepare three of their signature dishes for guests to sample and participants will vote on their favorite items based on quality, variety and presentation. Local Black mixologists will also provide samplings and compete for the People’s Choice drink of the night in partnership with Hennessy. Prizes will be awarded to the winning participants. Additional details, including a listing of participants, entertainment and more will be announced closer to the date of the event.

All proceeds from the Taste of Black Cleveland will go back to the Black chefs/owners to cover costs to participate in the event, as well as benefit the Cleveland NAACP and The Cavaliers Community Foundation
