The Cleveland Cavaliers are heading to Columbus to show their O-H-I-O love to fans! As part of the Cavs’ #AllforOhio tour of the Buckeye State, the team will make Ohio State University’s Schottenstein Center their “home away from home” for preseason action against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday, October 12th at 7:00 p.m. Before game time, the Cavs are inviting all fans to enjoy the FREE Fan Fest that starts at 4:00 p.m. just outside the Schottenstein Center and will feature lots of fun activities and entertainment for the whole family. Inside the arena, fans will get a preview of the 2015-16 Cavaliers and a taste of what makes the home court advantage so special.
“We are very excited to be back in Columbus for some preseason action,” said Len Komoroski, CEO of the Cleveland Cavaliers. “Columbus fans have been absolutely great in their support of the Cavs and being able to connect with them this way is something we appreciate and very much look forward to."
To unite the crowd, all fans in attendance at the Schottenstein Center will receive a wine-colored ‘We Are All Cavaliers’ T-Shirt presented by IGS Energy. Cavs in-arena hype man Ahmaad Crump and PA announcer Olivier Sedra will oversee the Cavaliers popular game entertainment show on the road. The show-stopping performances of the Cavalier Girls dance team, high energy Scream Team hip-hop troupe, gravity defying stunts of the Q Spirit Squad and playful antics of Cavs mascot Sir C.C. will be on site to keep the crowd entertained until the final buzzer!
FREE Outdoor Cavs Fan Fest Tips Off at 4:00 p.m.
Fans of ALL ages can enjoy a FREE Fan Fest outside of the Schottenstein Center beginning at 4:00 p.m. A ticket to the game is NOT required to enjoy:
