Canada's Thon Maker Named MVP As Blue Team Wins BWB Americas All-Star Game

The fourth and final day of BWB Americas 2015 lived up to the hype.

MVP Thon Maker
The morning started with two 16-minute playoff games for the four teams, and the team chemistry developed over the campís four days was evident. While the boys broke for lunch, Al Horford and Felipe Lopez led a clinic for more than 40 girls from the local community, which culminated in jump shot competitions that had the crowd fully engaged.

The afternoon featured the BWB Americas All-Star game, which included the top talent from this yearís camp facing off in a hotly-contested four quarter, 32 minute game. While the Blue Team won by 15 points, both teams showed clear improvement from the beginning of the camp.

Canadaís Thon Maker was named BWB Americas 2015 camp MVP for his stellar play throughout the camp, and the camp concluded with team photos at center court.

The first BWB ever held in the Dominican Republic was an unequivocal success that will leave a lasting legacy in the country for years to come.
