After a discouraging loss to the Lakers, the Bulls took their frustration out on the Hawks who had beaten the Spurs the previous night. The Bulls ripped the nets from three point range triggered by the play of Tomas Satoransky and Lauri Markkanen. "Sato" poured in a career high 27 points and added seven rebounds and eight assists. Markkanen was superb draining four-three point field goals, scoring 17 points. Markkanen also rejected three of the Bulls season high nine block shots. The Bulls led 33-19 after one and never looked back. The Bulls shot 50% from the field and 39% from three point range. The Bulls played a full 48 minutes and can certainly build off this game as they prepare for the Rockets. Otto Porter Jr. sat out the second half with a left foot contusion.

Milwaukee 129 Los Angeles Clippers 124. No Kawhi Leonard for the Clippers (load management). Giannis Antetokounmpo was fabulous 38-16-9. The Bucks went 18-49 from three point range. The Clippers' Montreal Harrell scored 34 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Lou Williams had 34 points for LAC.

Houston 129 Golden State 112. Ho hum... James Harden with 36 points and 13 assists. He makes it look so easy. The Warriors fall to 2-6.

Toronto 124 Sacramento 120. The Raps improved to 4-0 at home.

Memphis 137 Minnesota 121. Dillon Brooks scored 31 points and rookie sensation Ja Morant added 26 for the Grizzlies. Minnesota has lost three of its last four games.

Indiana 121 Washington 106. Doug McDermott came off the bench and scored 17 of his 19 points in the first half for the Pacers. Indiana's Domantas Sabonis tied his career high with 17 rebounds.

Detroit 122 New York 102. Former Bull Tony Snell scored 24 points on 9 of 9 from the field. The Pistons played without Derrick Rose, Blake Griffin and Reggie Jackson. Detroit dished out 37 assists. New York's Mitchell Robinson left the game with concussion like symptoms. The Knicks fell to an NBA worst 1-7.

Utah 106 Philadelphia 104. Utah‘s Bojan Bogdanovic drilled a three ball that gave the Jazz just enough of a cushion to get the win. Utah crashed the glass recording a season high 50 rebounds. Philadelphia's Ben Simmons has a right shoulder sprain and will be re-evaluated today in Denver.

Dallas 107 Orlando 106. Luka Doncic is doing some serious hoopin' scoring 27 points. The resurgent Mavs are now 5-2.
