CCI PREVIEW: The Bulls are out to snap a ten game losing streak to the Warriors here in San Francisco as they play game five of six on opposing floors, their longest road trip of the season. The Bulls own wins over the Bucks and Jazz with losses coming to the Thunder and Suns on the trip.

The last time the Bulls beat the Warriors came in March, 2017. Golden State, as was the case with Phoenix is nearly unbeatable at home with a 9-1 record. The Warriors struggle on the road but Stephen Curry remains spectacular no matter where he’s performing. Curry is third in scoring at 31 points per game and leads the NBA in three point field goal attempts, averaging nearly 12 per game. He is the best player in the game today and can make a case for being a top five player of all time.

DeMar DeRozan has scored 25+ pts in each of the last 7 games dating back to Nov. 16. DeRozan (2) joins Michael Jordan (30) and Bob Love (2) as the only players in team history to record multiple streaks of 7-straight games with 25+ pts while in a Bulls uniform.

The Bulls need to bring a ton of effort to the court tonight and there is no doubt Head Coach Billy Donovan has delivered that message to his team.

On the road trip opponents are averaging 118 points per game , shooting 48% from the floor. The Warriors on the season average 117 points, third in the NBA but they’re also giving up 117 per game. The Warriors offense is potent; the defense, not so much.
