CCI PREVIEW: The Hornets are in a major rebuild and with the possibility of a pending sale, things are very fluid going into the 23-24 season. The Hornets are in the mix for the coveted first overall pick and that in itself will draw interest from a fan base that is averaging 17-thousand a game.
The injury riddled Hornets have won three straight including an impressive 137-134 victory over Oklahoma City Tuesday. PJ Washington scored a career high 43 points, 22 coming in the fourth quarter.
After suffering back to back losses to the Clippers and Lakers respectively and Western Conference power Memphis looming in the shadows of a Sunday game at the United Center, the Bulls need to take care of business tonight. Alex Caruso , Andre Drummond and Javonte Green are listed as questionable. The Hornets report LaMelo Ball, Cody Martin, Terry Rozier will miss tonight's game. Gorday Hayward is doubtful. Dennis Smith Jr. and Kelly Oubre Jr. are questionable.
Coby White returns to his home state on a nice run scoring in double figures in six his last seven games. He scored 17 points and dished out nine assists against the Lakers. Nikola Vucevic has three 20+ games in his last four outings. He's made 21 of his last 29 field goal attempts and buried five of seven three pointers.
