Bulls assign Felder to Windy City Bulls

The Chicago Bulls announced today that the team has assigned guard Kay Felder to the Windy City Bulls.

Felder has appeared in 12 games for Chicago, averaging 4.3 points, 0.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 10.5 minutes per game.
