May 7, 1992 (Chicago Stadium) — Already having lost Game 1 at home, it was reserve guard B.J. Armstrong who saved the Bulls with 18 points on seven-of-10 shooting, including eight points in the fourth quarter, and a key jumper with less than two minutes remaining when the Knicks had cut the Bulls’ lead to one point. The Bulls went on to win 86-78 and eventually triumphed in a seven-game series.

Michael Jordan’s 27 points led all scorers in that Eastern Conference Semifinals Game 2, while Horace Grant added a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
