All guests are required to enter Bulls home games at the United Center using a mobile ticket. Be sure to download the Bulls mobile app, as no printouts or screenshots will be accepted.
Know the Bag Policy
New Bag Check Locker Policy
Guests are able to enter the arena with a small purse or personal bag up to 10" x 6" x 2". No backpacks or other bags are allowed. Exceptions for guests with required medical equipment will be provided.
Cashless Payments Only
Don't forget the United Center is a fully cashless arena; cash will not be accepted for food, beverage, and merchandise purchases.

What is the locker polcy?
Locker rentals and bag check services are provided by Binbox, located in the Uber Zone near the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. Binbox lockers are the only approved storage option for bags both inside and outside the United Center.
Are there NBA guidelines to follow?
Yes. All fans must abide by the NBA Fan Code of Conduct, which can be found here.
Are there any health and safety protocols to be aware of?
The NBA and NHL may require additional health and safety guidelines per league protocols, which the teams will communicate directly to participating fans. For other United Center events, please check for event specific updates at UnitedCenter.com/HealthAndSafety.
Are certain items not allowed at the United Center?
Backpacks, umbrellas, cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, laptops, outside food or beverage of any kind and additional items are not permitted for entry into the United Center. Please note that additional restrictions may apply on certain event days, and United Center staff will not store any prohibited items on your behalf.
