Youth, Teen, & Adult Division Teams:
Teams will be placed into brackets, or groupings, based on their team characteristics, including: each player's gender, height, age, and playing experience. Teams will receive no fewer than three scheduled games. The tournament will begin with pool play within each bracket. Based on a team's pool play record and other qualifying factors, including tiebreakers, teams may then advance to a seeded single-elimination playoff on the tournament's second day. The two teams advancing all the way through the playoff will compete for the Bracket Championship. Players on the Champion and Finalist teams in every bracket will get awards for their achievement.
Elite Division Teams:
For the more competitive teams, there will be a men’s division and a women’s division. All players on a team must be at least 18 years old on the first day of the tournament. Teams will be placed into gender specific brackets regardless of each player’s age, height or playing experience. Teams will receive no fewer than three scheduled games. Depending on the number of teams, there may be multiple brackets in each Elite Division. Similar to other Divisions, the Elite Division tournament will begin with pool play within each bracket. Based on a team’s pool play record and other qualifying factors, including tiebreakers, teams may then advance to a seeded single-elimination playoff within each bracket. The winners of each of these bracket playoffs will then compete in an overall single-elimination Division Championship. There will be a single team crowned Champion in the Men's Elite Division and a single team crowned Champion in the Women's Elite Division. Tournament officials reserve the right to determine team and player eligibility for Elite Division admittance, as well as establish a minimum team count for a division to exist and a maximum team count.
FIBA 3x3 Division Teams:
For invited teams, there will be a men’s division and a women’s division using the FIBA 3x3 format. All players on a team must be at least 18 years old on the first day of the tournament. Teams will be placed into gender specific brackets regardless of each player’s age, height or playing experience. Teams will receive no fewer than three scheduled games. Depending on the number of teams, there may be multiple brackets in each FIBA 3x3 Division. The FIBA 3x3 Division tournament will begin with pool play within each bracket. Based on a team’s pool play record and other qualifying factors, including tiebreakers, teams may then advance to a seeded single-elimination playoff. Your team name is limited to 20 characters and letters only. No digits. The system will not allow you to enter a name that has already been used. Tournament officials reserve the right to reject any name deemed to be inappropriate. Team names that have been rejected will be replaced by the team contact's last name.
Teams may have up to 4 registered players, but must have at least 3 players. Teams that do not have at least 3 players registered by the deadline on August 7, 2023 will not be placed in the tournament. No refunds will be given for incomplete teams not placed in the tournament.
All players must be officially registered. A team found to be using unregistered player(s) may be disqualified from the tournament at the discretion of tournament officials. Players must have proof of identity and age available at all times during the tournament. For youth players, this could be a copy of their birth certificate. Players 16 years and older must have photo ID.
Mixed gender teams will be placed in co-ed brackets if tournament officials determine there are a sufficient number of mixed gender teams to form a specific co-ed bracket. Otherwise, mixed gender teams will be placed in male brackets. For all teams placed in a designated co-ed bracket, members of both genders must be on the court at all times.
Other than in the Elite Division and FIBA 3x3 Division, player height, especially that of the tallest player on a team, plays a significant role in how teams are placed in competitive groupings. It is important that each player's height is represented accurately on the team's registration. If a player's actual height differs from what was indicated on their registration, they may be disqualified from the tournament at the discretion of tournament officials.
Other than in the Elite Division and FIBA 3x3 Division, player age plays a primary role in how teams are placed in competitive groupings. Please provide accurate ages for each player to ensure teams are matched up as fairly as possible.

Player changes or player information updates can be made any time before the final registration deadline on August 7, 2023. Simply log back into your registration account and replace or edit players as you wish. If you need to change your team's Division at any time after you have completed payment, please contact 3on3@eventuris.net. After the registration deadline and until 12pm, August 18, 2023, player changes must be made through a Player Change Request Form and will incur a $20 fee. An added player must very closely match the age, height, and experience level of the other players on the team. Tournament officials will review all player change requests during this period and have the right to reject any requests that could negatively impact competitive fairness. You will be notified if your player change request has been denied. Rosters will be locked at 12 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023. No player changes will be accepted after this time.
