What is Bulls Kid Nation? 

Bulls Kid Nation by BMO is the one-stop shop for kids and families to stay connected to the Chicago Bulls. From Youth Hoops  programming, to our Kids Club, Bulls Kid Nation has you covered. How do I sign up for the Bulls Kid Nation Kids Club? 

Membership signups are available here. For Rookie memberships, sign up is free. For All-Star memberships, a one-time non-refundable credit card payment of $35 is required (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted). Membership is limited to children ages 14 and under. 

If I’m not located in the United States, can I still sign up for Kids Club? 

Unfortunately, both our Kids Club memberships are currently limited to the United States. 

Is there an age limit for Bulls Kid Nation? 

Our program is directed towards our Bulls fans who are 14 and under. 

How long does my membership last? 

Rookie and All-Star memberships last for the duration of one Bulls season. Membership must be renewed at the start of each season. 

How do I renew my membership? 

Once registration is open for the season, simply choose if you would like to register as an All-Star or Rookie. Any member that chooses not to renew from a previous season is automatically placed in the Rookie membership for the upcoming season.

Can I upgrade my Rookie membership to an All-Star membership during the season? 

Of course! Contact kidnation@bulls.com. You will receive an All-Star membership package when you upgrade. 

When should I expect the monthly newsletter? 

The Bulls Kid Nation newsletter goes out in the middle of each month. The newsletter will announce monthly raffle winners and feature promotional offers exclusive to Bulls Kid Nation members. 

If I won a monthly raffle, how do I redeem my prize? 

Congratulations! You will be receiving an email from us with further instructions on how to redeem your prize. 

How do I update my information if I’ve moved or changed my email? 

Please email kidnation@bulls.com to update any personal information, or sign in to your LeagueApps account used to register for the Kids Club and update any necessary information. 

Where can I redeem my merchandise discount? 

Merchandise discounts can be used at the Madhouse Team Store located in the United Center Atrium and retail locations within NOW Arena. Redeem your discount by showing your 2023-24 Bulls Kid Nation Club Membership badge at check-out inside the Madhouse Team Store or retail locations at NOW Arena. Exclusions apply and discount does not apply to memorabilia or jerseys. 

How long will it take for the Kids Club membership package to arrive? 

Kits are expected to arrive within 2-4 weeks of registering.

I received an item that is damaged. Can this be exchanged for a new one? 

We are more than happy to exchange any damaged goods. Please email kidnation@bulls.com. 

Where is the Bulls Kid Nation Zone? 

During Bulls home games our Bulls Kid Nation Zone is located at Section 326. You can also visit our Bulls Kid Nation Express on the 100-level in Section 103-104. 

At select Windy City Bulls home games, the Bulls Kid Nation Zone is located on the East end of the floor, under the scoreboard. When Bulls Kid Nation Zone is not down on the floor.

How do I redeem my complimentary 100-level game ticket? 

All All-Star Kids Club members receive (1) complimentary 100-level ticket to select Windy City Bulls Prime weekend games. Game dates include*:

Bring your 2023-24 Bulls Kid Nation Kids Club Membership badge to the NOW Arena box office to redeem. You will be able to purchase additional tickets at the box office as well. 

If I’m an All-Star member, how do I redeem my complimentary Windy City Bulls hat? 

All-Star members can pick up their hat by showing their 2023-24 Bulls Kid Nation Kids Club Membership Badge at the Bulls Kid Nation Zone located on the East end of the floor under the scoreboard at select Windy City Bulls home games. Game dates include*:

One hat will be distributed per member.
