The Milwaukee Bucks will host their annual Hoops for Troops game presented by We Energies tomorrow, Wednesday, Nov. 2 when the team takes on the Detroit Pistons at Fiserv Forum. Giveaways, in-game celebrations and military discounts are all planned for throughout tomorrow’s game.
The first 10,000 fans at Wednesday’s game will receive a reversible camo bucket hat presented by We Energies. Limited discounted tickets for Wednesday’s game, and for all Bucks home games this season, are also available for fans with valid military IDs. Discounted tickets can be purchased on gamedays at the Fiserv Forum Ticket Office. Fans with a valid military ID will also receive 10% off all purchases from the Bucks Pro Shop in Fiserv Forum during Wednesday’s game.
In addition to the giveaway and military discounts, active service members and veterans will be honored and celebrated throughout Wednesday’s game. Fifty service members will be seated courtside during the game, with one seat left empty to honor prisoners of war. The courtside tickets were donated by Bucks season ticket members and corporate partners. The 484th Army Band will also perform the national anthem prior to Wednesday’s game with the United States Air Force Honor Guard performing at halftime.
More than 100 participants and volunteers from the most recent Stars & Stripes Honor Flight “Flight of Champions” will also be at Wednesday’s game with the Bucks showcasing highlights from their latest trip throughout the game. Seven veteran-owned businesses, who were selected by the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce, will also be hosted in the Small Business Marketplace on the Upper Concourse of Fiserv Forum.
