The Bucks and the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network teamed up to help you achieve your “A” game through the BUCKSFit playbook! BUCKSFit is more than having a healthy diet or improving your physical fitness, it is also about fostering a healthy community! Our partnership aims to help bring health care resources and services to Milwaukee residents directly where they live, work, and play. Through the BUCKSFit playbook, learn about different initiatives and resources to help you live BUCKSFit!

Community Care-A-Van

The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network and the Milwaukee Bucks Community Care-A-Van aims to provide better access to health care by bringing medical resources and services to Milwaukee residents who need it the most, directly where they live, work, and play. This community engagement initiative started in 2019 and continues to help improve access to health care. The Community Care-A-Van transports nurses to community locations and provides community members with health screenings, PPE kits, education, and navigation to resources as needed.
