Chef Kenneth Hardiman
Fiserv Forum’s Head Chef, Kenneth Hardiman

Kenneth Hardiman was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. He has more than 10 years of experience as an Executive Chef. He has held various positions across the country from his most recent role as Executive Chef of Mason Street Bar and Grill in Milwaukee, WI as well as Chef de Cuisine & Concept Chef for the Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bars Concepts, a Front Burner Restaurant Brand based out of Dallas, TX and various other Executive roles in independent restaurants and hotels. Kenneth has held various positions in different markets ranging from the Midwest to the West Coast. Kenneth was not born into this world alone and is an identical twin. During his spare time, he loves being with his family, reading cookbooks, playing with his four-year old son, Clayton, and going to church. He and his wife have been married for over 6 years and met each other while working for Boutique Hotel together in Kansas City just over 10 years ago. Some of his favorite hobbies include drawing, writing and cooking for his family. One of his favorite things about working in hospitality is that every day is different. First and foremost, Kenneth loves making people happy and pleasing the customer with delicious food and a great customer experience. He loves to create meals that take people to a special memory or place.
