Blocks for Books

Brook Lopez is blocking for books this season. With his support directed to Next Door Foundation, the Milwaukee Public Library Foundation and the UW-Extension Literacy Links program, for every blocked shot they tally, Brook will be donating $500 to youth literacy efforts in Milwaukee to help get more books and literacy tools into the hands of kids across our community

BrookFair's This Season

Brook Lopez is furthering his support of youth literacy by teaming up with the Milwaukee Bucks and the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County to host Scholastic book fairs at 17 elementary schools across Milwaukee and Waukesha. Each student at the 17 elementary schools will receive 5 new books, allowing more than 5,700 students across the schools to receive more than 28,500 books

Bench Mob

Bench Mob

The Milwaukee Bucks Foundation and We Energies Foundation are teaming up for the Bench Mob Bonus initiative to support City Year Milwaukee. Every game that the Bucks bench players, known to fans as the Bench Mob, collectively score 30 or more points, We Energies Foundation will donate $500 to City Year Milwaukee as part of this joint initiative.
