Verizon Center Executive Chef Kevin Holler and his culinary team are bringing the true tastes of D.C. to Wizards fans this season. Serving up a variety of new dishes, including Pretzel Sandwiches at the new Butcher Shop stand and Chicken Parmesan Sliders in the Acela Club, along with fan-favorites, this year’s menu features the freshest ingredients brought to Wizards fans from D.C.-area producers.

New Tastes for Wizards Fans
•    Beer Cheese Stuffed Mini Burger: Mini patty topped with beer-infused cheese, juicy dill pickle and a fresh tomato slice in between a buttered brioche roll, served in the suites
•    Chicken Parmesan Sliders: Hand-breaded, pan-fried chicken sliders with oven-dried tomatoes, fresh Buffalo mozzarella and basil, served in the Acela Club
•    Chinatown Char Sui Pork Ribs: Pork ribs featuring soy, hoisin, ginger and sweet honey sauces, served in the suites
•    Korean Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs: Braised short ribs with spicy ginger, soy, cilantro and topped with Asian vegetables, served in the suites

Butcher Shop
Located on the club level concessions, this new stand is serving up specialty dishes, including:
•    Corned Beef Stack: Thinly sliced and served on toasted rye bread with Swiss cheese and yellow mustard
•    Pressed Grilled Sandwiches: Fans can choose from
•    Chicken and provolone
•    Tomato Mozzarella Caprese with chicken
•    Grilled, seasonal veggies with smoked Gouda
•    Pretzel Sandwiches
•    Ham and Swiss: Topped with mustard butter, served on a pretzel roll
•    Roast Beef and Cheddar: Served on a warm pretzel roll
•    Veggie: Fresh cucumber, tomato slices and crisp romaine, with edamame hummus and sundried tomato spread, served on a pretzel roll
•    Smoky Rope Italian: All natural and locally produced by Hoffman’s Café Meats and Sausages served sweet or hot
