HOW TO USE YOUR CARD

New for the 2014-15 season your Monumental Membership Pass can be used as your ticket to any Washington Capitals or Washington Wizards game. Using your Monumental Membership Pass to enter Verizon Center is simple and easy. Follow the steps below.

Step 1 When you arrive at the game, go directly to any entry point at Verizon Center.

Step 2

Present your Monumental Membership Pass to the Verizon Center attendant. The attendant will swipe your card or scan the barcode on the back to validate your account and present you with a seat locator tab for each valid ticket stored on the card for that game.
Step 3 Use the seat locator tab(s) to access your seats.


MONUMENTAL SPORTS ACCOUNT MANAGER

You have 24-hour access to managing your tickets online at Monumental Sports Account Manager. Simply log on using your account number/email and your password. Using Monumental Sports Account Manager, you can print tickets from your home or office, forward tickets to family/friends/clients, or sell them using Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange. Log on to Monumental Sports Account Manager to see all of your ticket management tools in one place. Monumental Sports Account Manager is also available to access on mobile devices. Through the mobile version you have access to view your tickets for entry to Verizon Center, as well as transferring them to family/friends/clients. If you don’t know your password or need any assistance with the process, your dedicated guest services specialist can help answer all of your questions or handle requests.

DIGITAL SEASON TICKET CARD FAQ’S


1. HOW DO I USE IT?
Use your Monumental Membership Pass just like you would a normal ticket. Present your card to the attendant when you arrive at Verizon Center and they will swipe it or scan the barcode on the back. You will receive a seat locator tab with detailed seat information for each location on your account. You can then enter the building as normal with your guests.


2. WHAT IF I WANT TO GIVE TICKETS TO FRIENDS/FAMILY AHEAD OF TIME?
Your guests will require their own ticket to enter Verizon Center. Prior to the game you can forward their seats to them by logging on to your account at Monumental Sports Account Manager. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket at home within 72 hours of the event, store them on a credit card, or use their mobile phone to access them.


3. IS THERE A COST TO FORWARD OR REPRINT A TICKET?
No, it’s free! Wizards full season-ticket members can now forward and reprint their season tickets free of charge using Monumental Sports Account Manager.


4. WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD OR IT GETS STOLEN?
If your Monumental Membership Pass is lost or gets stolen please contact your guest services specialist immediately. Your card will be deactivated and will no longer be able to gain entry to Verizon Center. A replacement card will be re-issued for you to use the remainder of the season.


5. I USE MY TICKETS FOR BUSINESS, FOR CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES. HOW WILL I GIVE THEM MY TICKETS?
Just login to Monumental Sports Account Manager and select ticket forwarding. This is a secure way to deliver your tickets by emailing them to your client or employee without anyone leaving their office.


6. I SPLIT TICKETS WITH MY PARTNERS. HOW DOES IT WORK IF I ONLY HAVE ONE CARD FOR ALL OF MY SEATS?
You will be provided one Monumental Membership Pass that is valid for all seat locations on your account for all teams. Use ticket forwarding on Monumental Sports Account Manager to send your split partners their tickets.


7. WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL MY TICKET?
You can list your ticket for sale through NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace as normal. Once the system is made available, you can access NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace online via Monumental Sports Account Manager. Feel free to contact your guest services specialist with any questions regarding selling your tickets.


8. WHAT IF I HAVE A TICKET FOR A PREMIUM SEATING AREA?
Our premium seating areas include our Owner seats, A-K Real Estate VIP seats and Acela Ledge seats. If you have seats in any of these areas, your seat locator tab will indicate you have access to these areas.


9. CAN I ENTER THE VERIZON CENTER BY SHOWING MY TICKETS ON MY PHONE?
Yes! Mobile ticketing is available. You can access Monumental Sports Account Manager via the browser on your smartphone to view your tickets for entering Verizon Center, and also to transfer your tickets to family/friends/ clients. Passbook integration is also available if you are using an Apple iPhone.


10. CAN I ALSO ACCESS MY WIZARDS OR MYSTICS TICKETS ONLINE?
New for this season, using Monumental Sports Account Manager you can access your tickets for all three teams in one convenient location. Monumental Sports Account Manager is your central location for all Monumental Sports tickets!

TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

Step 1 Select “Manage My Tickets”

Step 2 Select the appropriate game

Step 3 Click on “Transfer Tickets” on the top bar

Step 4 Choose the seats you want to transfer

Step 5 The tickets you’ve selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats or continue the process of transferring your tickets

Step 6 Enter your recipient’s information, and click “Add”. Your recipient is now stored in your contacts, and you can select them from ticket transfer

Step 7 Confirm all your ticket transfer details and click “Complete Transfer.”

You will receive an email confirming that you have printed your tickets


PRINT YOUR TICKETS (AVAILABLE STARTING 72 HOURS PRIOR TO GAMETIME)

Step 1 Select “Manage My Tickets”

Step 2 Select the appropriate game

Step 3 Click on “Print-at-Home” on the top bar

Step 4 Choose the seats you want to print

Step 5 The tickets you’ve selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats or continue the process of printing your tickets

Step 6 Your tickets will now open as PDF to either be printed immediately, or saved for later printing

You will receive an email confirming that you have printed your tickets


TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS TO PAPERLESS

Step 1 Select “Manage My Tickets”

Step 2 Select the appropriate game

Step 3 Click on “Move to Card” on the top bar

Step 4 Choose the seats you want to transfer to paperless

Step 5 The tickets you’ve selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats or continue the process of transferring your tickets to a card

Step 6 Choose to send your tickets to a single card or multiple cards

Step 7 Use either an existing credit card, or enter a new credit card to utilize

Step 8 Click the “complete transfer” button to finish transferring your tickets to your card

You will receive an email confirming that you have transferred tickets to your card


SELL YOUR TICKETS

New for the 2014-15 season, you can post for sale multiple tickets or games at the same time!

Step 1 Select “Manage My Tickets”

Step 2 Select the appropriate game

Step 3 Select “Sell on NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace”

Step 4 Choose the seats you want to sell

Step 5 The tickets you’ve selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats or continue the process of posting your tickets for sale

Step 6 You will be given the option to set your selling price, price controls, and expiration date.

Your tickets are now for sale on NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace. And when someone buys them, you get automatic account credit or direct deposit into your bank account, worry free!
