After all of the preliminary battles are completed , Mills believes four tournament regulars will make it into the Final Four: Stanford University, the University of Connecticut, the University of Tennessee and Louisiana Tech University.
“I think that all four of these teams play tournament ball year round, not just in March,” said Tausha when explaining why she thinks these teams have what it takes to get them to the Final Four. “They have good regular season schedules, they play in good conferences and they have great coaches.”
In the big show, Mills puts her bet on UCONN and the Lady Vols of Tennessee to go head to head for the title. And who will win you might ask? Her answer: UCONN!
“Connecticut will win because of the team chemistry and the coach along with experience and the team leadership role of Sue Bird,” said Tausha.
Well, there you have it, UCONN going all the way according to Tausha Mills. Just don’t tell Chamique. ;)
