The Washington Wizards released today their 2007-08 television broadcast schedule, featuring 82 televised regular season games, including 64 on Comcast SportsNet, 11 on CSN+ and 18 scheduled national television appearances.
Additionally, Comcast SportsNet will televise three live 2007-08 preseason games: Tuesday, October 9 at Cleveland, Sunday, October 14 at Philadelphia and Friday, October 19 against Zalgiris Kaunas at Verizon Center.
Comcast SportsNet will begin their broadcast of 64 regular season games with the regular season opener in Indiana on October 31st. More than half of the games will be covered in thrilling high definition format. In addition to the 64 games to be carried on Comcast SportsNet, and complete postgame coverage, the network will produce an additional 11 games to air on the CSN + channel (a full channel listing is available at www.comcastsportsnet.com).

Washington is scheduled to appear on national television 18 times during the 2007-08 campaign, including seven ESPN telecasts (11/2 at BOS, 11/9 vs. DEN, 2/8 at DEN, 2/10 at PHX, 2/29 at CHI, 3/23 vs. DET, 4/4 vs. MIA), nine NBATV games (12/1 vs. TOR, 12/22 at IND, 12/29 vs. MIA, 1/8 vs. HOU, 2/3 vs. LAL, 2/11 at GS, 3/15 vs. LAC, 3/21 at MIA, 4/5 at CHI), and two TNT Thursday night exclusives, (12/13 at MIA, 3/13 vs. CLE).

The Emmy-Award winning Steve Buckhantz returns for his 11th season as play-by-play commentator, while former Bullets’ great Phil Chenier is back to provide his 23nd season of analysis.
