Wizards Knock Off the Spurs
In his first game of the preseason, Nick Young scored 15 points on 7-of-8 shooting as Washington notched a 100-95 win at San Antonio. Caron Butler matched Young's scoring output with 15 points.

Wizards Fall in Barcelona
Rookie JaVale McGee scored 15 points, but it wasn't enough in Friday's 102-80 loss to the Hornets at NBA Europe Live in Barcelona. Caron Butler added 15 points, while Antawn Jamison added nine points.

Wizards Back at Practice in Barcelona

Washington Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld announced today that the team has signed free agent guard Juan Dixon. Dixon (6-3, 165) was originally selected by Washington with the 17th overall pick in the 2002 NBA Draft out of the University of Maryland.
