Washington Wizards President of Basketball Operations Ernie Grunfeld announced today that the team will conduct practice in advance of summer league play from July 3-5 at Verizon Center. Two practice sessions per day are scheduled on July 3-5 at Verizon Center.
The Wizards will participate in the Toshiba Vegas Summer League at Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas from July 6-14 and the Long Beach Summer League from July 14-18. Washington’s Toshiba Vegas Summer League team will include Wizards forward Andray Blatche, center Peter John Ramos, guard Donell Taylor and 2006 first-round draft selection Oleksiy Pecherov.
A complete roster for the Toshiba Vegas Summer League and the Long Beach Summer League will be announced at a later date.
