  • Tonight’s contest is the second of two meetings between the Washington Wizards and Houston Rockets. The Rockets won the previous meeting this season, 103-91, at Verizon Center on November 21st.
  • The Wizards are looking to snap a six game losing streak in Houston. The last Wizards victory in Houston came on December 6, 2001. Washington took that contest, 85-82.
  • Last Game...The Wizards defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 104-95, on December 27th at Verizon Center..Antawn Jamison led all scorers with 29 points on 12-of-22 from the field...Andray Blatche posted hisfourth double-double of the season with 19 points and a career-high tying 15 rebounds...Dominic McGuire scored a career-high 12 points in his third start of the season, he also grabbed eight rebounds and dished out four assists...Mike James scored nine points and had a season-high 11 assists for Washington.
