Washington Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld announced today that the team has acquired guard/forward Mike Miller and guard Randy Foye from the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange for Etan Thomas, Darius Songaila, Oleksiy Pecherov and the fifth overall selection in the 2009 NBA Draft. The NBA announced Tuesday night that the Washington Wizards will have the fifth overall selection in the 2009 NBA Draft, to be held on June 25th in New York.

The Washington Wizards won the tiebreaker over the Los Angeles Clippers and will have a 17.8% chance of winning the NBA Draft Lottery held on May 19th in Secaucus, NJ.
