  • Last game versus Orlando...The Wizards defeated the Orlando Magic, 93-85, on April 10th at Verizon Center...Kevin Seraphin posted career-highs in points (24) and rebounds (13)...Jordan Crawford scored 21 points, to go along with four assists and four rebounds...John Wall tallied 15 points and seven assists...James Singleton and Cartier Martin each added 12 points...Jameer Nelson led the Magic with 19 points.
  • Last time versus New York…The Wizards fell to the New York Knicks, 107-93, on February 8th at Verizon Center...John Wall led all scorers with 29 points on 12-of-21 from the field and six assists... Trevor Booker scored 17 points on 8-of-11 from the field to go along with seven rebounds... Tyson Chandler led the Knicks with 25 points and 11 rebounds.
  • Kevin Seraphin has scored 10 or more points in seven consecutive starts at center. The last starting Wizards center to score 10 or more points in seven straight was JaVale McGee who scored 10 or more in seven straight from March 23-April 3 of 2011. The last Washington player to score 10 or more points in eight consecutive starts at center was Gheorghe Muresan. Muresan scored 10 or more points in eight consecutive starts from March 6-18 of 1997.
  • John Wall’s 52 blocks on the season are second in the NBA among guards behind Portland’s Nicolas Batum (58). The 52 blocks by Wall are the most by a Washington guard since Phil Chenier’s 58 blocks during the 1974-75 season.
  • Wall is averaging 25.5 points and 7.5 assists in two games versus the Knicks this season.
  • Wall is averaging 18.0 points, 7.4 assists and 4.4 rebounds in five career games versus the Knicks.
  • Key Matchup: Kevin Seraphin vs. Tyson Chandler - With Trevor Booker and Nene out with foot injuries, Kevin Seraphin has stepped up in a big way and has opened some eyes around the league. He has scored in double figures in each of the last seven games and is coming off a career-high 24 point and 13 rebound effort in Tuesday's win versus Orlando. Tonight, he will have one of the better defensive centers in the league in Tyson Chandler who is the anchor of the Knicks defense. If Seraphin is able to continue his dominance in the paint, the Wizards could pull off the upset in New York.
  • Tonight's game can be seen on Comcast SportsNet or NBATV and heard on WJFK The Fan 106.7 at 7:30pm.
