• Last time versus Chicago…The Wizards fell to the Chicago Bulls, 98-88, Former Wizard Nick Young scored 17 points and grabbed five rebounds...Former Wizard JaVale McGee tallied 16 points, nine rebounds and three blocks...Trevor Booker added 14 points on 7-of-9 from the field.
• Kevin Seraphin has scored 10 or more points in nine consecutive starts at center. The last Washington player to score 10 or more points in nine consecutive starts at center was Gheorghe Muresan. Muresan scored 10 or more points in 16 consecutive starts during the 1995-96 season. Seraphin has scored 10 or more points in 10 straight games overall. -John Wall is averaging 15.5 points, 7.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds in two games versus the Bulls this season.
• Key Matchup: John Wall vs. Derrick Rose - Another star-studded matchup at the point guard spot tonight as John Wall goes head-to-head with the reigning league MVP. A lot of experts have drawn many comparisons between these two point guards and think Wall will grow into what Derrick Rose has become. Rose has battled injuries all season long but did play last night in Detroit and should be good to go tonight. These are two of the fastest and most explosive point guards in the game today and watching them go at it later tonight should be entertaining.
