Nene scored 18 points on 8-of-11 from the field to go along with six rebounds...John Wall recorded 16 points, 14 assists and grabbed five rebounds...Jan Vesely scored a career-high 16 points on a perfect 8-of-8 from the field...Kevin Seraphin scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds...Gerald Henderson led the Bobcats with 19 points.
  • Last time versus Cleveland…The Wizards were defeated by the Cleveland Cavaliers, 98-89, on April 14th at Verizon Center...John Wall scored 19 points on 8-of-16 from the field, while adding nine assists...Jordan Crawford scored 18 points...Kevin Seraphin scored 15 points...Jan Vesely posted his second career double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds...James Singleton added 13 points.
  • The Wizards have won four consecutive games for the first time since November 11-17 of 2007. The last time the Wizards won five straight games was November 11-21 of 2007 when they won six straight.
  • The last time Washington won three straight games on the road occurred between February 29-March 21 of 2008.
  • Kevin Seraphin has scored 10 or more points in 13 consecutive starts at center. The last Washington player to score 10 or more points in 13 consecutive starts at center was Gheorghe Muresan. Muresan scored 10 or more points in 16 consecutive starts during the 1995-96 season. Seraphin has scored 10 or more points in 14 straight games overall.
  • John Wall has recorded at least 13 points, 13 assists and five rebounds in his last two games. Wall joins Boston’s Rajon Rondo as the only players to post these numbers in back-to-back games this season. The last Wizard to record at least 13 points, 13 assists and five rebounds in consecutive games was Rod Strickland. Strickland accomplished this feat February 24 and 26 of 1998.
  • With his 8-of-8 shooting performance from the field versus Charlotte, Jan Vesely became the second rookie in franchise history to make all eight field goals he attempted. Mitchell Butler did it for Washington on January 13, 1994 versus Houston. The last NBA rookie to go at least 8-of-8 from the field in a game was Darren Collison for the New Orleans Hornets. Collison went a perfect 10-of-10 from the field on March 27, 2010.
  • The Wizards are 6-2 in their last eight games. Washington is holding opponents to 90.5 points per game on .413 shooting from the field.
  • Key Matchup: John Wall vs. Kyrie Irving - Tonight's key match-up features the last two #1 overall picks, as John Wall goes up against Kyrie Irving. These are two of the best young point guards in the game and both have excelled in their short careers. After Wall finished as the runner-up to last year's Rookie-of-the-Year award, Irving is a near lock to win it this year. It should be an entertaining game between the two facilitators.
  • Tonight's game can be seen on Comcast SportsNet+ and heard on WJFK The Fan 106.7 at 7:00pm.
