"Timeout"
"Timeout" is designed as a place for fans to come, let loose and have fun. It includes inflatable basketball, interactive games and other fun attractions for fans of all ages to participate in. Join us in "Timeout" before or during Wizards games on the first level.

Wizards Ambassadors
The Washington Wizards organization feels that it is important that fans have the best possible experience at each Wizards game they attend. To accomplish this task, the Washington Wizards have provided "Ambassadors" at every home game. The Wizards Ambassadors will be walking throughout the arena during the entire game. Their main purpose is to answer questions, give directions or simply lend a helping hand to any fan that needs assistant.

F Street Festivities
To create a festive atmosphere outside of the arena, the Washington Wizards have selected a few games to provide entertainment on F Street. These events will include concerts and special attractions. This will be a great opportunity for fans to come early and enjoy the activities prior to their entrance into the game. This also gives the fans an opportunity to interact with other Wizards fans.

The Washington Wizards are implementing a number of additional security measures this season for the protection of everyone at our games. Please allow yourself extra time when attending an event at MCI Center in order not to experience delays at our new security check points. We apologize for any inconveniences you may experience as we all become adjusted to our new routines.

Please be aware of the following:

• Fans entering MCI CENTER may be subject to security checks by metal detecting hand wands.
• Briefcases and pocketbooks will be allowed in MCI CENTER, but will be inspected at all entrance gates.
• Once exited, fans will not be allowed to re-enter MCI CENTER for any reason.
• There will be an increased security presence both inside and outside MCI CENTER.
• Fans parking in MCI CENTER garage will notice an increase in security both in physical and camera presence. Fans may be subject to security check points where identification may be checked and cars may be searched.
