The Wizards spent their final evening in Wilmington, NC last night by holding an open scrimmage at Trask Coliseum on the campus of UNC Wilmington. The white team coached by assistant coach Brian James dominated the blue team coached by assistant coach Larry Drew in both 20 minute games, 30-19 and 31-15.

The Wizards return to their two-a-day routine today at UNC-Wilmington.

Jeffries Bounces Back
Wizards rookie Jared Jeffries was back on the practice floor for Friday's night session after missing most of the morning session with a bruised left shoulder. The injury happened in the early part of the morning session when Jeffries took a hard foul from a teammate while going up for a dunk.

Wizards Head Coach Doug Collins gave the Wizards the morning off from practice, giving the players a chance to work with the team trainers and strength and conditioning coaches.
