Washington Wizards Announce 2007 NBA Summer League Roster
The Washington Wizards return to Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas, Nevada for the 2007 NBA Summer League (July 10-15) presented by adidas. This is the fourth consecutive year that the Wizards are competing in the Vegas Summer League. The Wizards are scheduled to play Sacramento, Detroit, Houston, Cleveland and Milwaukee in Summer League action.
The Wizards Summer League team will feature the team’s two draft picks: first round pick Nick Young (Southern California) and second round pick Dominic McGuire (Fresno State). Wizards’ 2006 first round pick, Oleksiy Pecherov, will make his second consecutive appearance in the Las Vegas Summer League.

The Washington Wizards will also conduct five practices at the Verizon Center prior to leaving for the Las Vegas Summer League. Practice schedules and times are subject to change. Media can shoot the final 15 minutes of practice and are encouraged to arrive at 11:15 a.m. during the morning session and at 6:00 p.m. for the evening session. Head Coach Eddie Jordan will be available after each morning practice and summer league players will be available after each morning and afternoon session. The Wizards will depart for Las Vegas on the afternoon of Monday, July 9.
