Antawn Jamison Injury Update
Washington Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld announced today that forward Antawn Jamisonís right shoulder has been re-evaluated and that the findings were consistent with the original diagnosis of a subluxation. He is expected to miss from four to six weeks from the date of the injury (Jamison sustained the injury in the Wizardsí 109-104 win in Cleveland on Oct. 14).
The Wizards will conclude their preseason schedule tonight when they take on the Bulls at 8:00 p.m. in Chicago. The team will tip off the regular season in Dallas on Oct. 27 and will travel to Atlanta to face the Hawks on Oct. 30 before opening their home schedule against New Jersey on Halloween night at Verizon Center.
