Hola! I'm Nina, and I'm excited to embark on my second year of being a Wizard Girl! This season is gonna be a blast, and I can't wait to meet each and every one of you, especially the little ones!
What college or university did you attend? Texas A&M University
When you are not at work, in class or dancing with the Wizards, what is your favorite thing to do? Take road trips!!! In Texas, we¡¦re used to driving long distances because everything is really spread out, so it amazes me how many cool places are in such close proximity on the East Coast: Philly, NYC, Boston, Myrtle Beach, you name it!
Favorite thing about being a Wizard Girl? I was honored to be one of the girls invited to go to China this past summer! We went to Beijing, Shanghi, and Mongolia, performed on China's first reality show, and climbed the Great Wall! It was such an incredible experience meeting such loyal NBA fans on the other side of the world!!
What was your most interesting job? One summer during high school I was selling sunglasses at an outdoor market. It was always so hard to keep a straight face while people tried on the various frames and smiled at themselves in the mirror!!
Something most people don¡¦t know about you? I'm actually part Cuban, although I don't speak Spanish!
Favorite thing about DC? Living such a modern life surrounded by so much history in such a powerful city!

What's one thing you can't live without: My camera!!! I'm a total shutterbug!
What animated character are you most like? Hmm... The Tween Dora the Explorer, Erin the Esurance girl, or Violette from the Incredibles (minus the mask!)

Who do you admire most and why? Kelly Ripa because of how hard she worked to accomplish so much, yet she still has such a vibrant personality, makes her family a priority, and can laugh at herself through all of her adventures in life.
