Hey, Wizards Fans! It’s Lee-Ann! This is my second year as a Wizard Girl, and I’m super excited to see what this year has in store! I absolutely love dancing at the Wiz games! I also get really into the game since I’m a big time basketball fan! If you see a Wizard Girl making the same calls as the referee in between dances, you’ll know it’s me! Get ready; it’s going to be an amazing season! Go Wiz!

When you are not at work, in class or dancing with the Wizards, what is your favorite thing to do? My favorite thing to do when I’m not dancing or at work is spending time with my family and closest friends. I also enjoy staying in shape, mostly by running and yoga fitness classes.
Favorite thing about being a Wizard Girl? What isn’t there to love?! I love the adrenaline rush of dancing at a game, seeing all the fans, and cheering on the team to a victory. I also appreciate the various charity and promotional events we do. There’s nothing more special about being a WG than helping out in the community and getting to know the Wizard Fans!

Something most people don’t know about you? I have a pretty unique background. I am half African-American, ¼ Greek, and ¼ Czech.
Favorite thing about DC? There is just so much to do in DC! I love all the historic museums and monuments around the city. Who do you admire most and why? I admire my Nanna. She was the main reason why I fell in love with dance since she used to dance herself. I admire her for always doing what made her happy.
