WHAT: Ione Jamison, Rucker King Jamison, and a trainer from Washington Sports Clubs will demonstrate the new Pilates Together workout class being offered at area Washington Sports Clubs gyms. Pilates Together provides an opportunity for women to reclaim their pre-pregnancy energy and shape through postnatal Pilates. It brings mind and body together in a holistic, core-strengthening workout while providing valuable bonding time with baby. Infants provide added resistance throughout this 50-minute specially designed class. This class is recommended for babies four to ten months, and moms of any age. The class is being offered as a reminder for parents to develop healthy habits in children early on in life.
