Activate Wizards Fitness Challenge Guidelines and Official Rules

*No purchase necessary to enter. The contest is only open to Middle School-aged children who reside within a 50 mile-radius of the DMV area. *

How to Enter
Each school may enter the contest by uploading a fitness challenge to the Activate Wizards Fitness page. Schools may complete a challenge that is listed on the website, or they can create their own challenge and submit it to the website.

Important Dates
The contest is a seven month contest. There are numerous opportunities for your school to win along the way. The contest will begin on November 1, 2013 and ends May 1, 2014. Monthly Contest drawings will occur once a month. The special edition prize will occur once in the month of January.

Prizes
We will select monthly winners that will receive recognition for their Fitness Challenges. One lucky school will be chosen win a special Activate Wizards Fitness Challenge hosted at their school. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, tickets, or any substituted prizes.

Winner Notification
The lucky winning school will be announced in January on the website. In addition, the winning school will be notified via a written letter to the school’s principal and coordinator. The letter will be mailed to the winning school by December 27th.

Winner Claiming Prize
The winning school must claim its prize by replying to the Washington Wizards Activate Fitness prize notice letter. The prize will be awarded to the winning school within 30 days of the receipt of the school’s reply letter.

All participants’ entries become the property of the Washington Wizards Activate Fitness Program and will not be returned. By entering to win, the contest entrants agree to be bound by these rules and agree that all decisions of the Washington Wizards Activate Fitness Program are final and binding.

Participants understand and agree that the contest is not an inducement to provide any special favor, advantage, or any other benefits or valuable consideration to a child, school, or his or her family.
