1. Eligibility. Open to registrants of the Warriors 2010 Draft Party who complete all nine tasks of the Warriors 2010 Draft Challenge on warriors.com, and who are legal U.S. residents 18 years and older residing within a 75-mile radius of Oakland, CA. Contest not open to employees or immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of the Golden State Warriors, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents.

2.No Purchase Necessary. Warriors 2010 Draft Party registrants must sign up for the contest from May 18-31 and complete all nine tasks of the Warriors 2010 Draft Challenge on warriors.com to be eligible. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on May 31, 2010. The Golden State Warriors, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, late, postage due, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. By entering the Contest, the participant agrees to be bound by these rules.

3. Prize. The one (1) Grand Prize includes: Two (2), full-season ticket packages in Section 215 for the 2010-11 Warriors regular season. The retail value of the prize is $1548.

Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, travel, entertainment, parking, etc.

4. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning grand prize and daily prizes are dependent on the total number of entries received.

5. Prize Drawing(s). Winner of the Grand Prize will be selected by a random drawing held at the Warriors 2010 Draft Party at Oracle Arena on June 24, 2010. Daily winners will be randomly selected at 5:00 PM Pacific Time each day of the contest from a pool of correct answer submissions then in the possession of the Golden State Warriors, LLC. Grand Prize Winner must be present at the Warriors 2010 Draft Party at Oracle Arena to win and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release prior to receipt of prize. If winner does not meet the qualification criteria, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Liabilities and Dispute Resolution. By participating in the Contest, all participants agree that the Golden State Warriors, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, attorneys, employees and agents maintain the right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the Contest, and their determination of the winner will be final and binding. Prize is non-refundable. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of the prize is permitted. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that the Golden State Warriors, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, attorneys, employees and agents will have no liability and will be held harmless by winner for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or to person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, participation in, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of sponsors. In consideration for being awarded the prize, winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winner's name and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Golden State Warriors, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, governors, employees and agents except where prohibited by law.

7. Additional Terms. The Golden State Warriors, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond sponsors' control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Contest. The Golden State Warriors, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, attorneys, employees and agents are not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest. The Golden State Warriors, LLC reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or web site; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. By providing an e-mail address all Contest participants agree to receive occasional promotional offers from the Golden State Warriors and team sponsors.

9. Void Where Prohibited by Law. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
