Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Party - 4/8/11
April 8, 2011
On April 8, the Warriors hosted their annual Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Party.
The event served as a small token of the Warriors appreciation for their season ticket holders continued support...
...and also a way to say thank you for the passion and energy that they have provided the team throughout the 2010-11 season.
Upon entering Oracle Arena, fans were handed event itineraries and giveaways.
Fans were able to enjoy themselves with a variety of activities...
...including the chance to tour the Warriors locker room.
There were also plenty of activities for kids to enjoy, including the Dunk Pit...
...and seeing E.B., star of the movie "Hop".
Fans of all ages also had the chance to take part in on-court shooting contests.
And as a special surprise, players such as Lou Amundson...
...and Ekpe Udoh made their way to the court to participate.
Fans had the chance to meet the Warrior Girls...
...and Warriors Legends Nate Thurmond and Alvin Attles.
Fans were able to meet and talk to Dorell Wright at the ice cream station.
Al Thornton challenged several fans to join him at the air hockey table.
One of the most popular areas of Oracle Arena was the Stephen Curry photo station.
Reggie Williams helped out by handing out raffle tickets as season ticket holders entered the event.
Meanwhile, Vladimir Radmanovic played video games with several fans.
A number of fans lined up in the concourse for the chance to meet and get Monta Ellis' autograph.
Fans also were able to receive autographs from David Lee...
...and Jeff Adrien.
The experience was one many fans would never forget.
Not only was the event fun for fans, but the players also enjoyed themselves.
Season ticket holders who had already renewed their seats also had the chance to get their picture taken with Warriors Owner Joe Lacob.
Lacob also took the time to talk to a number of fans.
Renewed season ticket holders also were entered for a chance to win prizes on the Warriors court.
As has been the case at the last several Warriors games, these fans could choose between a prize in one of the cases...
...or shooting a half-court shot for $10,000 (this fan narrowly missed his shot off the rim).
During the second half of the event, the players were introduced at center court.
The entire team and coaching staff was in attendance.
Warriors Owner Joe Lacob took the opportunity to address the crowd and thank them for their support and dedication.
Bob Fitzgerald also sat down for a Q&A with several players, including David Lee, Dorell Wright, ...
...Jeremy Lin, Ekpe Udoh...
...Head Coach Keith Smart...
...and Monta Ellis.
Following the Q&A, the winners from the karaoke contest in the Courtside Club performed on the court.
And for comedy's sake, rookies Jeff Adrien and Jeremy Lin then took to center court to showcase their own singing 'skills'.
The moment of levity was enjoyed throughout the arena...
...especially by the Warriors veterans.
Before the evening ended, Charlie Bell assisted in picking the winner of the night's raffle Grand Prize.
Those in attendance enjoyed themselves from beginning to end.
The event was one of many benefits of being a Warriors season ticket holder...
...and also one of many ways the Warriors show their gratitude to the best fan base in professional sports.
The Warriors thank all of the season ticket holders who attended the event. Your loyalty and support are second to none.
