Warriors Sign Briante Weber To Second 10-Day Contract
Weber Appeared In Four Games With Golden State During Initial 10-Day Contract
The Golden State Warriors have signed guard Brianté Weber to a second 10-day contract, the team announced today. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not released.
Weber, who initially signed a 10-day contract with Golden State on Feb. 4, has appeared in four games for the Warriors, averaging 2.0 points and 1.0 assists in 8.8 minutes. Prior to joining Golden State, Weber had appeared in 31 games (all starts) this season with the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA Development League, averaging 16.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 3.26 steals in 36.8 minutes and garnering NBA D-League Player of the Month honors in January.
Weber, 24, has appeared in 11 career NBA games (four starts) over two seasons with Memphis, Miami and Golden State, averaging 3.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.00 steals in 18.5 minutes per game.
