Warriors Sign Season Ticket Holder Jeff Alejandro
San Mateo Resident Returns For 11th Season Under Risk-Free Renewal Agreement

The Golden State Warriors have signed season ticket holder Jeff Alejandro for the 2011-12 season, co-owners Joe Lacob and Peter Guber announced today. A member of the greatest fan base in all of professional sports, Alejandro came to terms on a risk-free agreement that will ensure his place at Oracle Arena next season.

“This renewal plan is just one small example of our commitment to our shareholders,” said Lacob. “We owe it to our incredible fans, like Jeff, to raise our level of expectations for this organization and to perform at the highest level in all possible phases.”

Alejandro, 32, grew up in San Francisco attending Warrior games with his father. A season ticket holder since 2001, Jeff now has the honor of returning the favor and taking his father to games at Oracle Arena.

“The first thing that I did after graduating from USF and getting my first job was buy these season tickets,” said Alejandro. “I love everything about going to the games, especially the passion and loyalty of all the Warrior fans.”

Having been a season ticket holder for over a decade, Alejandro lists the team’s magical run into the 2007 Playoffs as his favorite memory and recent Hall of Fame inductee Chris Mullin as his all-time favorite Warriors player.

“We feel very fortunate to retain a fan like Jeff for the upcoming season,” said Guber. “He is a valued member of our organization, and one of the key components to the unmatched atmosphere at Oracle Arena. Our goal is to honor and reward our fans’ loyalty in every way possible.”

As a renewed season ticket holder, Alejandro was automatically entered for the chance to win prizes at a recent Warriors game, including the opportunity to shoot a half court shot for $25,000 cash. See a video recap of his experience below, including the prize package he chose.
