Golden State Warriors Sign BMW Of North America To Partnership Agreemen
Multi-Year Partnership Includes New Bay Area BMW VIP Valet Lot At Oracle Arena

The Golden State Warriors announced today a multi-year partnership with BMW of North America. Through the partnership, the Warriors will unveil the new Bay Area BMW VIP Valet Lot at Oracle Arena, the home of Warriors Ground, for the 2013-14 season. The partnership will also include several marketing and in-arena elements that will take place at Oracle Arena throughout the next two seasons.

“BMW is a best of brand company with which we are looking to align our name and we are honored to welcome them to the team as a partner for the next two seasons,” said Warriors President and Chief Operating Officer Rick Welts. “This partnership not only adds to our list of first-class partners in the Bay Area, but also provides our fans with an even better game day experience with the newly branded Bay Area BMW VIP Valet Lot.”

The BMW VIP Valet Lot will include a full refurbishment of the VIP Lot, including a new valet canopy, covered entry tunnel and directional signage along with BMW vehicle displays during select games and co-branded uniformed parking attendants and parking passes. Fans will also have the opportunity to interact with BMW vehicle displays and marketing collateral located throughout the concourse level inside Oracle Arena.

BMW of North America’s comprehensive partnership with the Warriors will include experiential elements such as a “Ride and Drive” event in the Oracle Arena parking lot, allowing fans the opportunity to test drive BMW’s new line of luxury sedans and SUVs. In addition, the partnership will include radio, print, online, outdoor and in-arena messaging throughout Oracle Arena.
