Warriors Announce 2012 Summer League Roster & TV Schedule
All Five Of Team’s Summer League Games To Be Televised On NBA TV
The Golden State Warriors announced today that 2012 draft picks Harrison Barnes, Festus Ezeli and Draymond Green will join Klay Thompson, Charles Jenkins and Jeremy Tyler in headlining the team’s summer league squad at the 2012 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. Warriors’ assistant coach Pete Myers will serve as the team’s head coach for Summer League.
Golden State’s Summer League schedule begins against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday, July 13, which is the first day of Summer League action. The Warriors will also play games against the Denver Nuggets, Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls and New Orleans Hornets. All five of Golden State’s summer league games will be televised live on NBA TV.
This year, a record 24 teams are competing in a 60-game schedule from July 13-22 at the Thomas & Mack Center and the COX Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas. NBA TV will televise all 60 games, including 39 live from both the Thomas & Mack Center and COX Pavilion. Additionally, fans can follow all NBA Summer League action on-line via Summer League Broadband, which will stream and archive every game of the 2012 NBA Summer League.
Tickets for the 2012 NBA Summer League are on sale and can be purchased by calling 702-739-FANS, through UNLVtickets.com or by visiting the Thomas & Mack Center Box Office and UNLV Ticket Outlets. All general admission tickets are $25 for the day; seniors and children (3-12) are $15 for the day; and children two years and under are admitted free of charge.
