Stanley, who is set to begin his fifth season with the organization, will now assist the COO in all of the club’s day-to-day business operations. His responsibilities will include overseeing all team marketing, public relations and community relations, while also assisting in the coordination of ticket and corporate sales.
For the past four seasons, as vice president of public relations, Stanley has managed the day-to-day operation of the team’s public relations, community relations and creative services departments. A 14-year veteran of the NBA PR community, Stanley held public relations positions with both the Orlando Magic and Sacramento Kings before arriving in Golden State prior to the 1998-99 season.
