WARRIORS POSTGAME RECAP Warriors (6-7) VS. Suns (11-3) ORACLE Arena November 26, 2007 The Warriors scored 45 first quarter points and never looked back on Monday night, taking down the visiting Suns 129-114 at ORACLE Arena. Monta Ellis scored 15-straight fourth quarter points to help fend off a Suns rally and finished with a career-high-tying 31 points. Stephen Jackson led all scorers with 32 points, 20 of which came in the first half, while Baron Davis tallied 28 points and 10 assists. I think the biggest thing was I wanted to come out here, stay poised, not be too out of control or too hyped and just pay hard.” On Monta Ellis “He’s just letting the game come to him. He knows he’s going to be a big scorer for us a lot of nights. And we just want to continue to give him that confidence to feel free. He’s a big part of our team. Coach said stay with it, and my shot was going so I just kept shooting it.” On having Matt Barnes back “It’s just great to have Matt back. He brought a lot of energy tonight.
