Don Nelson
On Tonight's game
“It was nice to see that everybody who played made a contribution tonight. Our reserves made the most of their opportunities in the 2nd half. They were key to the come back in the 4th quarter. We started making our 3’s and played good defense later in the game. Our screen and roll started getting effective when we involved the center."

"We finally got comfortable in our zone in the 2nd half. They were killing us when we played man to man in the 3rd quarter, so I decided to stick with the zone for the last two plays after watching the film from the Sacramento game. Monta made a great moving 16 footer at the end, which is the shot that he normally makes.”

Monta Ellis
On Tonight's win
“We needed that. The bench came in and got us going, and we needed that. Kelenna, Sarunas, and Josh Powell came off the benc and gave us that spark, knocked a couple of shots down, played some good defense, and we were right back in it. We stayed close in the fourth quarter and coach put the starters back in and told us to bring it home.”
Stephen Jackson
On the play of the bench
"Coach is really good at giving guys breaks because I figure when he puts me back in I have a good chance of finishing the game."

"You have to have confidence in the guys out there to do the job because coach has the confidence to put them out there. It's only right for us to have confidence in them to go out there and get the job done. We just have to support them and hopefully they play well because I know they do the same for me when I'm out there."

Andris Biedrins
On Tonight's game
"I mean, it was really big. We needed this one badly. I think the guys knew how important this one was."

On the bench playing a big role
"I think that was the biggest reason we won the game. We were down a little bit, had some foul trouble, and the bench came up big. They kept us in the game and came back from ten points down, so that was a really big turnaround."

Kelenna Azubuike
On the play of the bench
I think we just game out and tried to bring some energy, and tried to make a run. We knew the game was still within reach so we just tried to come out and mmake some plays so we could help our first five out and they could finish it off."
